My Story


Let me share something close to my heart…

I come from a family who suffered with preventable diseases β€” diabetes, heart disease, ulcers, Alzheimer's, gout, and even cancer.

Watching my loved ones struggle inspired me to study healing obsessively for over 30 years.

I became a certified life coach, yoga teacher, and dove deep into nutrition, energy healing, meditation, mindfulness, and trophology.

I created Trophify to share the knowledge I wish my loved ones had accepted, before it was too late.

My mission is to help you feel empowered, not overwhelmed. This app is rooted in real science, gentle wisdom, and self-compassion.

Our sample menus offer three loving options:
